Our propose is to provide top quality adaptive sports equipment

The founders know first-hand the challenges one faces; from the expense of prosthetics, to the cost of adaptive sports equipment. The financial impact from caring for disabled people can mount up over time.

The founders’ desire to assist runs deeper than first-hand knowledge. It started with the death of their daughter, Ashley. Ashley lost her life in an auto accident. As they mourned the loss of their child, they learned about her giving side. Ashley had this desire to assist others. It is her passion that drives us to continue giving, in honor of her spirit.

Health insurance will often cover only the costs of one set of prosthetics, or a wheelchair, and does not include benefit for adaptive sports equipment. The price to purchase adaptive sports equipment is out of reach for most average people. But with your donation, Active Without Limits can provide the adaptive sports equipment. Help us get these kids outside to play!

Does the great outdoors call you? Do you like to feel the wind in your face? How about riding with your kids? Want to compete in that race? It could cost $3500 - $10,000 depending on the type of handcycle!

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Living with physical disabilities comes with expense. How can you put a price tag on mobility and active living?
